14-day review
Live with the piece. If it isn't right within fourteen days of delivery, contact the studio and we will arrange return collection.
Condition
Pieces must be returned in their original packaging, unmarked and unworn. The plating is delicate — please handle with cotton gloves.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the piece arriving back at the studio.
Damaged in transit
If a piece arrives damaged, photograph it within 48 hours and contact info@gildedicons.com. We will replace or refund at our cost.
Commissions
Bespoke commissions are non-returnable.
